The NCAA is changing their professional requirements, allowing CHL players to come into the league. This will also have affects on leagues like the AJHL, but also training camp invites. It'll likely also affect the CHL/AHL agreement.

NCAA has dropped their ban on Canadian major junior players, beginning next year. Previously any player who appeared in even a CHL exhibition game had been deemed "professional" by the NCAA and were prevented from playing collegiate hockey. Now NCAA is essentially saying everyone is allowed in.
