Despite outshooting the Canes 40 - 18 the Leafs lose 4-2 after giving up an empty netter. The story of the night continues to be our inability to score and our atrocious special teams. The PK went 1/2 and the PP went 0/3.
Jonas Gustavsson has allowed 13 goals on the past 89 shots he's seen which is an .854 SV%. The third goal tonight wasn't a great effort by the Monster and the second goal tonight saw him scrambling after overcommitting. He doesn't look comfortable in the crease right now.
Not sure what to say after doubling our opponent's shot totals and losing another game.
