At 9:33 of the second period in game four of the Albany - Marlies series, Dan Kelly hit Andreas Johnson in the neutral zone with a blindside hit to the head. The score was 3-1 Marlies at the time.
The Leafs Nation has the video, where you can see what looks like an elbow making contact, while Kelly makes no attempt to engage in any hockey-like activites instead.
Zach Hyman instigated a fight with Kelly immediately after and the penalties fell out like so:

The match penalty to Kelly carries an automatic suspension of one game, but more may be added.

The fight, the penalties and all the usual discussion amongst the officials took place before Johnson was helped up off the ice and towed to the bench. He was only nominally under his own power.
Dan Kelly has four goals and 11 assists in 55 games of the regular season. He also has 93 penalty minutes.
Johnson, playing in just his second game for the Marlies, had yet to register a point.
