Adam Brooks, captain of the Regina Pats, was named the WHL’s player of the week after netting six points (1G, 5A) in two games for the Pats and extending their win streak to ten games.

Adam Brooks was drafted 92nd overall, in the fourth round of the 2016 NHL draft, but he was left off our top 25 under 25 list, much to Arvind and Fulemins displeasure, and fanposter Osman Amjad stated his case for Brooks in August.
Brooks has risen to the top of the Pats scoring list (just behind Sam Steele who wasn’t in NHL/AHL training camps as long as Brooks) with seven goals and 18 assists for 25 points in just 11 games.
He’s playing exactly as an overager should in the CHL, maybe even a little better, but Brooks is making a strong case for himself in this last year of WHL eligibility.
