The end of October is a great time for us all, because it means hockey players celebrating Halloween.
I mean, the rest of us get to celebrate Halloween, too. That’s always very, very good. But hockey players dressing up somehow makes it all the better.
With that, may I present to you: the Toronto Maple Leafs do Halloween in 2016.
First up, James van Riemsdyk as Ace Venture and Tyler Bozak as Zoolander are so amazingly on point. And little Mitch Marner beaming in the middle is adorable.
And Leo Komarov is also adorable, as always.
William Nylander and Zach Hyman, meanwhile? They were pimpin’.
Matt Martin went all in on the Joker, with a perfect Harley Quinn to match...
And um, probably nobody had any difficulties finding Waldo at the party? According to Frank Corrado, he and Frederik Andersen didn’t plan it...
But I’m saving the best for last here. There’s a big election coming up in the States. Even though it’s only two weeks away, some voters are undecided. Some voters like noted American Auston Matthews, perhaps...?
Matthews won Halloween, as he is wont to win things. (Though Peter Holland has the Drumpf look down, too.) The accidental breakout star of the second Presidential debate was undecided voter and town hall questioner Ken Bone, and Matthews recreated him perfectly, from his moustache to his adorable red sweater.
Auston Matthews says Ken Bone costume was Brown's idea ... sweater actually borrowed from Connor's dad https://t.co/TXWFI48jHC

Auston Matthews 4 prez.
UPDATE: No wait, Jake Gardiner went in with the best, most nostalgic-inducing costume ever, and it is so good, and I am so happy he shared this with all the world to see. Who doesn’t love Hey Arnold!?
