It’s time for the first round of the 2020 NHL draft, and we’re only about four months late. Not bad for a pandemic. The draft starts at 7PM Eastern, and with the Toronto Maple Leafs holding the 15th overall pick in this draft they should take the podium around 7:45 (my guess, tune in at 7:20 to be in for the Leafs to be sure).
If you want to watch, tune into Sportsnet or TVA Sports in Canada of NBC Sportsnet in the US. Everywhere else? I...don’t know.
The Maple Leafs have their spot all picked out in the arena for this years online draft - they’ll be working in the Maple Leafs dressing room.
