The four captains have been announced, and Steven Stamkos is running things for the Atlantic team. Auston Matthews and at least one other Maple Leaf will be named to this team, that seems sure. As of a few days ago, Matthews was third in fan voting to be captain.
This year’s All-Star Game is in Tampa on January 27 to 28, so everyone gets a nice Florida vacation. We should expect the announcement of the rest of the team soon.
And here is what they’ll be wearing!

Which player should join Auston at the All-Star Game?
Mitch Marner, so they can get up to no good. | 231 |
Frederik Andersen, because he’s old enough to seem like a chaperone. | 176 |
Morgan Rielly, because he actually is responsible. | 165 |
Nazem Kadri, because if he can check Stamkos, he should be there. | 45 |
Someone else | 27 |
